How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless they lead to a contract. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Service providers that host this website, process form submissions and send email, under written data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Where providers process data outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Data processed on behalf of clients through the Advino AI platform is governed by the relevant client agreement, not this policy.
